November 21, 2024Melbourne, July 29, 2024 – The Dementia and Aging Care Research Center (DACRC) from Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) embarked on a significant visit to La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia, on July 29, 2024. The primary purpose of this visit was to benchmark the management practices of research centers and initiate collaborative research efforts in the fields of dementia and aging.
The visit began with a comprehensive tour of La Trobe University’s research facilities, where DACRC representatives observed and discussed best practices in research management and operations. The tour highlighted La Trobe’s advanced approaches and innovative methods in conducting research related to dementia and aging.
During the visit, both institutions engaged in discussions about potential areas of collaboration. The focus was on leveraging La Trobe University’s expertise in dementia and aging research to enhance DACRC’s research capabilities and outcomes.
